BEORE / AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM

Early Care begins @ 7am each morning and the charge is $3 per hour. (no forms for parents to fill out) Aftercare begins at 3:15 each day and the charge for that is $7 an hour or $150 per month. (again, there are no forms for parents to fill out)

Age Requirement (on or before October 1st of attendance year):
  1. Four year old kindergarten (K4) - 4 years old
  2. Five year old kindergarten (K5) - 5 years old
  3. First grade - 6 years old
Necessary Documents:
  1. Certified birth certificate
  2. Certificate of Immunization for Alabama - Blue Card
    * Proof of immunity of chicken pox is required for students entering kindergarten through 5th grade for fall 2006
  3. Social Security card
  4. Signed EPA financial obligation contract form
